- Preventing ~Rs 20 Lakh in logistics losses - Built inventory-tracking workflows and data
  pipelines that surfaced mid-mile logistics discrepancies, preventing roughly Rs 20 Lakh
  in losses and improving warehouse efficiency.
- Audit & IPO readiness (ITGC) - Custom RBAC, maker-checker approval workflows on sensitive
  financial transactions, and an audit framework capturing access/change/approval evidence
  into structured reports addressing SOX and ITGC control domains.
- ERPNext core contribution, PR #51644 - Refactored get_stock_ledgers_for_serial_nos onto
  ERPNext v15's Serial and Batch Bundle model. Cut query time ~583s -> ~67s (~8.7x faster)

- Event-management ERP for Amba Tech (NGO) - End-to-end ERP with an Angular web app, mobile
  app, and Metabase dashboards, including a QR-based attendance system. Pro bono.
